Spotlight On CCG Members :- Mr. Duncan Birrell

Law and well – being play a part in this CCG member. As an appointed full time judge, assigned to Health Education and Social Care tribunal (mental health ) in 2012, Greater Manchester ‘s Mr Duncan Birrell has the law safe in his hands.

Duncan is also a member of a restricted patient panel, so will assess a person’s mental health well-being and what they are entitled to.

He also sits as a district judge in crime and was appointed as Diversity and Community Relations judge in 2012.

He is an honorary fellow at UCLAN and the CCG welcome him as a member
