Directors Gemma and Michael bring you ‘Holistic Dreams’. Community wellness events across the North West of Lancashire. They pride their skills on the uniqueness of alternative therapies ranging from reiki to reflexology.

There are key experts to offer personal advice and guidance on nutritional help and the best way to look after your mind and body.

Motivational speakers are on hand (for adults) and  children’s activities (for the young). There really is something for everyone.

Gemma and Michael have had the privilege of experiencing this revitalising and calming approach that can aide distress and would like you to come along and try a taster session available with qualified therapies.
