~Young ones have curious minds. Parents will no doubt have experienced questions such as ‘Why is the sky blue?’ and ‘Can You Fall off the Earth?’

Questions like these need to be resolved in a practical way. Mum and Dad can take their son or daughter to a fun morning in which they can interact with others and discover about planetary elements of intrigue.

‘Astrocamp’ is taking place at The Harris Museum and Art Gallery in Preston this coming Sunday 2nd February between the hours of 11am - 12.30pm.

It is suitable for children aged 7 -11 years young.  Admission is completely free and no booking is required.

By attending this event your child will learn about stars, constellations, our sun, the moon and much more through fun hands on activities. The sessions will also include some practical dance exercises to embody the learned information.

Please note:-This is a drop in session but attending multiple sessions is highly advised. Parental supervision is required at all times.
