~Remember when you were a child and your parents let you play on the pots and pans to channel your musical energy? Obviously a lot of time has passed by  since then, you’ve been to college, got married, perhaps had children of your own but one thing has still remained your passion and love for music.

Wouldn’t it be cool  if there was an adult based group that encouraged you to play and make some fun and exciting music, much like you did as a child.

Preston Scratch Band is the ideal musical outlet to let off some steam and participate in a lively environment with people from all walks of life. The next one is this Saturday March 24th from 1-3pm at The Media Factory UCLAN Room 226. The sessions are running weekly on Saturdays till July 21st 2018.

Organised by Jon Aveyard and as part of UCLAN’S Something for Everyone project is a session which will include singing and playing musical instruments. If you’re an experienced musician please bring your instrument or if you’re a beginner take the opportunity to learn from others.
