Kelly Adams

Kelly Adams is a Product Manager for Level 1 and below qualifications. These include Entry Level and Life skills such as Work skills and Personal Growth and Wellbeing.

Kelly is also an experienced teacher of Business, Economics, IT and Commerce having spent 17 years in secondary and sixth form education.

She is interested in supporting young people no matter what their challenges to progress towards independent living and working within a supportive workplace.

Kelly is a strong advocate of student-centred learning and believes that taking this approach will ensure every young person is able to find their talents and shine.

She is a keen supporter of inclusive communities and promotes the FREDIE principles of fairness, respect, equality, diversity, and inclusion. Kelly supports the LGBTQ+ community and believes everyone has the right to equality.

Kelly hopes to show up in spaces where she can make a difference.
