Adrian is work and employment researcher with an interest in the creative industries, new work arrangements in the new economy, Gender and enterprise.

Adrian’s research aims to share marginalised or underrepresented workers a voice and help build a better future of work. He is a Equality and Diversity lead for the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
