Michael Flanagan

Michael Flanagan is a Politics & Philosophy student at the University of Central Lancashire with a keen interest in political matters. Currently, he is the School President for Humanities & Social Sciences and was recently elected as Council Chair of the UCLan Students' Union in addition to becoming the Vice-Chair of the Labour Society.

Through his voluntary roles at UCLan, Michael has successfully lobbied the university to invest £10,000 in his school and is focused on increasing student engagement and representation. He enjoys spending his spare time playing squash and is also the captain for the 2nd squash team at university
