I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an experienced course developer and project manager. For over fourteen years I have been delivering enterprise, entrepreneurship and employability learning in the higher education and business sectors. I am currently the Enterprise Development Manager at UCLan working with students and graduates on development of awareness, mindset and capabilities for enterprise and entrepreneurship. I lead a small team 'Enterprising Students' who deliver social and business enterprise extra-curricular support. I also work with staff across the University on raising embedding enterprise into the curriculum.
I am a qualified ergonomist with a strong background in iterative product development, usability research and testing. I have created and managed a number of innovative enterprise blended learning courses which include, distance learning, face to face teaching, interactive workshops, mentoring programmes and e-learning.
