I like to think i can multi-task - sometimes I'm not sure if I'm multi -asking, or simply multi-surfing and falling over lots. I have three main roles. Firstly, I am the programme head for workforce innovation at Skills for Care - the adult social care sector skills council for England. Secondly, I run a small music artist management company and associated record label. Thirdly, I am a practicing hypnotherapist, working with people on low incomes.

Some might say its the hypnotherapy that keeps me on top of the wave. I like to think its having a broad perspective on life and work and knowing how to manage boundaries in a boundary less way.
