~Often televised on big charity marathons and fun runs is the varied mix of costumes people wear as they run through all types of weather. Some range from sensible to completely ridiculous. But all of them share a common goal to get to the finish line no matter what.

Back for 2019 is the City of Preston 10k - Running Bee Foundation. It’s in association with UCLAN and students and staff who participate are guaranteed discounted rates.

It all takes place on Sunday 29th September at Preston’s Flag Market between the hours of 9.30am - 11am.

For students and staff of UCLAN who wish to get involved, you need to log on to the following website and tick the appropriate boxes :- https://www.sportstoursinternational.co.uk/sportstours-events/city-of-preston-10k/

Staff will notice a reduction is price from £8 - £15 and students will see a drop in rate to £12. Students should click on UCLAN when asked to join a team.
