~A couple of hours at a local open mic night and you’re more than a little wound up. The influx of people, the intense noise and the overall environment has sent your mind and body in a complete state of anxiety. You keep going hoping your mental health will improve, but you’re finding no relief.

What if there was a music group which does the opposite to the above. A group that focuses on relaxation and the positive power of meditation in a calm and peaceful setting.

On Sunday 29th September you and your friends can experience ‘Magical Musical Medicine’. The two hour session is based at UCLAN’S Media Factory Room Me226 and takes place from 11am -1pm.

Those attending are guranteed the following nine things :-

  1.  Introduction
  2.  Guided meditation
  3.  Sounding out
  4.  Toning
  5.  Singing
  6.  Car wash sound cleansing
  7.  Free movement and dance
  8.  Facilitated drum circle
  9.  Farewell.

Instruments are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own  instrument for the drum circle at the conclusion of the session.
Each session takes place on the final Sunday of each month.

Please note :- the session is suitable for young adults aged 18+. Admission is £5 and no booking is required.

Two sentences define the beginning and ending of each session :-

Enter with your heart and mind open to receive the healing vibrations. Leave calmly smiling inside and out:-
