Wreath Workshop - Bistort Pierre - Preston - 13/10/19

Sep, 13 2019

~Summer 2019. Many of us would agree that it hasn’t been a great summer and no way near as hot as last summer. Thankfully, we’re into autumn now and that means a different appearance to the leaves and flowers as we walk through autumnal parks.

You may thinking how you can get make Autumn 2019 and more rewarding season than the previous one.

As part of The Make Do Drink workshops they have planned a two hour class to teach an interested group how to make wreaths.

It all takes place on Sunday 13th October from 3pm -5pm at Bistort Pierre in Preston ( the former 19th century Baptist church).

The session will begin in style with a glass of Veuve Devienne then the expert maker will teach the class how to :-

  • Condition
  • Prep
  • Arrange
  • Finish your very own wreaths.

Each guest will leave with their own beautiful unique creation, and a depth of understanding in how to manage your own wreath.

If you’re feeling a little nervous, why not bring along friends and family so you can all learn and have fun together. Workshops are small and the venue is designed to make it a casual and relaxed experience.

Each ticket includes the following three things:-

  1. A glass of Veuve Devienne on arrival
  2. A step by step demo and guide from our expert maker
  3. Everything you need to design, create and take home your own gorgeous dried autumnal wreath.
