~As humans we generally have three meals a day. The first meal sets us up for the day and keeps us in the best possible way. The second meal gives us the energy boost to make us productive people right through till late  afternoon. The third meal could be a light snack, a hearty meal or a 1 minute dish in the microwave, either way it becomes a nice conclusion to our day.

Whether we’re having our tea, lunch or breakfast every meal is guaranteed to provide you with the essential ingredients vital for living. The University of Central Lancashire are hosting an SME Development Business Breakfast and it’s encouraging many people to attend.

It all takes place at the UCLAN’s Creative Innovation Zone in the Media Factory on Thursday 12th September between the hours of 8am - 10am.

The day will be broken down into three components :-

  2. Employee Retention
  3. Members One Minute Pitch
