Workplace Wellbeing Is Serious Business - UCLAN - 19/7/19- 16/8/19

~If you’re one of many in the workplace you’ll be wanting to get the most out of each other. Granted, it’s not always easy to start Monday morning with a smile on your face and a spring in your step but having the right attitude when it comes to the workplace can benefit not just you alone but the team of individuals that makes your workplace so unique.
Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise is proud to present a two-part Professional Training workshop ‘Workplace Wellbeing is Serious Business'. The course is a two-part master class which takes place on the following two dates:-
- Part 1 – 19 July 9.30am – 12.30pm
- Part 2 – 16 August 9.30am – 12.30pm
The two sessions will equip leaders with a deeper understanding of how increasing positivity and individual happiness within the workplace improves in the five key areas :-
- Productivity
- Absenteeism
- Staff Engagement
- Customer Satisfaction
- Financial growth

Both dates will be facilitated by MBPsS Lowri Dowthwaite. It’s an excellent opportunity to be part of new pilot scheme that is being delivered to leaders and managers of local businesses to help them experience a karmic sense of happiness that is providing them with a sense of belief that gives them that competitive edge from their contemporaries.
