~We all remember our science lessons at Secondary School. Arduous hours listening to the teacher explain the universe whilst a trouble maker  attempts to blow up the classroom with a bunsen burner.

Thankfully, many of us are out of that environment but there are still many students who are currently subjected to it. What if there was an alternative. What if there was an event that flipped the coin on the standard science lesson and made it fun and informative…..

The Lancashire Science Festival is returning to UCLAN from Thursday 27th - Saturday 29th June 2019. Each day begins at 9am and concludes at 4pm.

Here is a four point bullet point of some of the things you  can expect to see :-

  1. Science
  2. Technology
  3. Engineering
  4. Mathematics

The Science Showfloors will host a variety of entertainment opportunities including :- fantastic workshops, exciting exhibits and fun hands-on activities.

Organisers behind this years event are pleased to announce that all three days are completely free and everybody is welcome.
