Divine Dance Workshop - UCLAN - 10am - 12pm -30/3/19

Mar, 26 2019

~Standard dance classes will promote the idea of feeling free and developing the performer within you. How would you like to attend a dance session which uses Gods as the driving force to create optimism?

This Saturday March 30th between the hours of 10am -12pm is a dance workshop called ‘Oxossi- A Search for Positive Energies’. It will be held at UCLAN’S Media Factory Room 226, Preston Campus.

Oxossi is the candomble deity who uses a bow and arrow to hunt for positive energies. The inspired class will be led by community dance practitioner Anna James.

Here are the top three reasons to attend :-

  • Open to all regardless of ability or experience
  • Very welcoming
  • Fun and accessible.

Those who want to can show off their dance moves at performances later in the year alongside the Worldwise Samba Drummers. Please note :- All children must be accompanied throughout by a responsible adult.  In addition no booking is required but £3 must be paid on arrival.

Look for divine origin and perform to the best of your ability :-
