Piano Recital By George Todica - St. George's Church - Preston - 1pm -2pm - 13/3/19
Mar, 3 2019
~The lunch hour for children is often associated with lots of noise and conversations with their classmates. For adults it would mean an escape from the office environment to a local park sitting on a bench eating sandwiches and enjoying the serenity.
It’s the latter of the two to take into consideration when referring to a classical concert. A church is often thought of when asked ‘where would you host a peaceful repertoire?’
Combine the two and you’ve got a Piano Recital by George Todica on St. George’s Church, George’s Road, Preston. The accomplished musician will command our attention on Wednesday 13th March 2019. It will take place between the hour of 1pm-2pm with an entrance fee of £12.
The accomplished musician will perform a series of four pieces, these include :-
- W. A. Mozart Piano Sonata No. 8 in A minor
- S. Rachmaninov Variations on a theme by Corelli
- G. Enescu Carillon Nocturne
- Fr. Chopin Andante Spianato & Grande Polonaise Brillante
Please note :- refreshments will be available upon entry.
