Vikings On The Flag Market - 12- 4pm - 11/8/18

~Last Saturday the pirates came to Preston for the special Summer at the Flag Market and The Harris themed events. This weekend another fierce gang of individuals are making their way to the city centre in an epic and educational way.

The Vikings are the UK’s oldest and largest Viking-age society. They have branches all around the world from the UK and Europe to the US and Canada. Their motive for performing such daredevil fighting skills? To educate and entertain whilst brining the Dark Ages to life using well-researched equipment and lifestyles.

This Saturday ( 11th August 2018) you could be one of many to experience ‘Vikings on the Flag Market’. They will demonstrate their prowess between the hours of 12noon and 4pm.

This event is part of the Summer Saturdays which has been running since 2nd June and will conclude on the 25th August. All of the events are supported by Blog Preston.
