~Are you part of a creative or digital business? Then the following information will be applicable to you.

As part of the Lancashire Forum Creative and in association with UCLAN in Preston, they are hosting an event designed for senior/owner managers of Creative or Digital businesses who want to develop their leadership skills, innovate, and grow their business.

The Lancashire Forum Creative Extra will take place on 19th April 2018. Here is 6 bullet point overview of what can be expected :-

*An induction session to set the scene and introduce you to your peers on the programme;
*Sector-specific, expert-led Think Tanks including: Strategic Thinking and Planning, Lego Serious Play, Exploring Leadership, Innovation;
*Site visit to a large regional business;
*Learning reflection/consolidation sessions to embed learning and establish actions;
*Innovative ‘Hack Jam’ event that uses creative thinking, technology and diverse expertise to work on a pertinent topic defined and agreed by the participants;
*Final reflection/consolidation day and graduation.

The Lancashire Forum Creative is a fully-funded ERDF-funded programme (meaning there is no cost to participants) so all companies involved must be:

Based in Lancashire
Employ Fewer than 250 full-time employees
Have an annual turnover less than £40 million
Have received less than £160,000 of publicly funded support in the last 3 years
Be a business to business company

The programme will cover all aspects of creative led businesses ranging from joining an Action Learning Set with other SME leaders to  attending innovative and expert-led workshops. Peer to peer learning will help those participating  to appreciate each others circumstances and to learn how each person operates in different situations. Personal reflection is encouraged in order for the individual to shape their unique perspective on the learning experience.

The Lancashire Forum Creative team has more than 30 years’ collective experience of working with SME leaders and this experience has allowed them  to develop a deep understanding of how to help SME leaders develop themselves and their companies.
