Preston Photographic Society Summer Exhibition 12/6/17 - 9/7/17 Ham And Jam Coffee Shop

Jun, 12 2017

~It takes great skill, precision and patience to capture the wonderful elements that make up Planet Earth. Ranging from nature - human beings. Persistence however, pays off and this could not be further  from the truth than from the  members of the Preston Photographic Society.

The group meets every Thursday evening from September till June at Fulwood Conservative Club from 7.30pm . It’s here where you can share stories of the personal things you have captured on camera, learn how to improve on your technique and receive informative lectures that help you develop as a photographer.

Following another successful season for the snap happy members the group is delighted to announce they are putting on a Summer Exhibition at the Ham and Jam Coffee Shop on Lancaster Road, Preston.

It begins today and continues till Sunday 9th July 2017. The café is open for the viewing public from 9am - 5pm. The cost of admission is free although you may wish to have a drink or a bite to eat  upon arrival.

If you’re a budding photographer yourself and wish to develop your skills why not become a member of the Photography Society. Full membership is £50 per year, concessions are made available for either 60 years plus, students, minors and unwaged at a cost of £40 per year.
