~There’s nothing quite like the magic of theatre. From the opening scene to the curtain call. Only the big screen can compare to the imaginative world captured on stage.

When classic stories such as Cinderella are developed into a  dance showcase the whole auditorium is set spellbound into a fantastical wonderland.

On Wednesday 19th April 2017 the Blackburn King Georges Hall have scheduled an evening that will stay in the memory of theatre goers for some time. The Vienna Festival Ballet is proud to introduce Cinderella to the North West of England.

The enchantment starts at 7pm. Tickets range from £14.50 for adults, concessions £12.50, under 16s £10.50, groups of ten or more £10.50 and for Blackburn classics subscribers concessions also £10.50. They can be obtained by dialling the King Georges box office on :- 01254 582 579.

The show consists of classical dancing with the added mix of pantomime. The music contains a collection of Rossini's most  famous operatic achievements especially arranged for Vienna Festival Ballet. The choreography has been delicately orchestrated by Sheila Styles, portraying the best known rags to riches fairy tale of all time.

The Blackburn King Georges Hall is located at Northgate, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2, 1AA. Be mindful of the difficult one - way system in Blackburn and if your unfamiliar with the area it’s best to set off early to avoid missing the start of the show.
