IT support service designed for small and medium sized enterprises

Dec, 29 2020

Just last year small and medium sized businesses were happily meeting together in person to discuss ways to develop and maintain their business. People took for granted the natural way to interact and talk freely without any harm done to each other.

This year though businesses have had to quickly adapt and this has meant learning new ways to communicate without actually seeing the person in the flesh.

Jason Hodson identified this quickly and sought ways how he could capitalize on such an issue by helping companies use modern technology to fight their way through the COVID-19 pandemic.

He founded the IT support service ‘Kevid Consulting’ and despite several challenges he has found real interest from a series of businesses.

Jason explains the major transitions taken place this year alone,

“The pandemic has changed the way we do business and as we start to emerge from lockdown, we’re going to see businesses lean on technology to provide solutions. 2020 has seen the world change. Customers are doing more of their shopping online, businesses are holding meetings remotely and employees are warming to the opportunity to work from home.”

It is also apparent that many businesses are blinded by the tools they currently have which would enable them to work more efficiently. Jason’s service is designed to teach people how to access these tools and how to become proficient at using them.

Kevid Consulting is currently offering free 30 minute consultations to SMEs in Lancashire throughout January 2021.

The desire for a new challenge has prompted the launch of a new Preston-based IT support company.
