~On first impression Preston city centre doesn’t appear to be photogenic but look again and you’ll see some beautiful works of art.

Take for example, The Harris Museum and Art Gallery, an architectural building home to some excellent pieces of art. Or the Minster Church near the bus station, both the exterior and interior are fascinating creative works. Then you have other areas such as University developments, city streets and even the bus station which has had a recent refurbishment.

A photography exhibition looking at the Urban Landscape is coming soon to the North West.

‘Photo Culture Preston Exhibition’ will take place for one night only on Thursday 19th March 2020 from 5pm -7pm at The Union Carriage Works on Guildhall Street, Preston.

The event is designed to coincide with the release of the first Issue from 'Photo Culture Preston', which looks at the urban landscape of Preston  made up from several Lancashire photographer's gaze of the built environment.

The exhibition is made of 12 photographers all of mixed ages and abilities. They are united through their love of the still image and the artistic output they can create:-
