Over the past fifty years, Pam Richardson has inspired young people of all ages to believe in themselves and to release their full potential.
An internationally acclaimed Coach, Author and Speaker, Pam believes with a passion that coaching and mentoring have the ability to unite people through a willingness to show respect and understanding along with enhanced communication and interpersonal skills.
In 2003, Pam was invited by Hamlyn Publishers to write a definitive book on how to self coach. Now reprinted - ‘ Life Coach – Become the person you truly are.’ Pulbished by Lightning Source UK Ltd.
Pam was commissioned in 2011 to write and deliver a programme to train ex-military personnel to work as mentors in schools to help young people to engage positively with their educational experience. This programme was a highly successful initiative that was adopted by Lancashire County Council.
The ultimate goal is to encourage and support young people to understand how to self-coach as she views this as a vital life skill. Hence this project :–

This step by step guide encourages young people to:
· Acknowledge their core values and to better understand how they interact in relationships.

To help parents, grandparent and carers to support young people, Pam has also written ‘Coaching for Parents – Supporting Young People to SUCCEED.’ Published by Austin Macauley.
