Bob has worked with the Centre for Volunteering and Community Leadership in various roles and capacities since 2004. In that time he has developed small-scale community based engagement projects into international collaborative research opportunities. He has worked on active research based engagement in a variety of places that include Nepal, Indonesia, China, India and Mongolia. In this time he has been able to inform and initiate community based learning and development research and practice on a variety of themes, which include environmental awareness and empowerment, community cohesion and health understanding and responsiveness.
