Dr Dawne Gurbutt

Dr Dawne Gurbutt is Acting Director, Centre for Excellence In Learning and Teaching at the University of Central Lancashire.  Following a lengthy career in Community practice working in areas of social deprivation she moved into Higher Education. Her interests include service user engagement, community engagement, interdisciplinary education and creative approaches to learning collaboratively.

She is a Governor at Wigan, Wrightington and Leigh NHS Trust and a member of the University Board.
