Roger Cruickshank Squadron Leader

Location: Lincoln | UK

Squadron Leader R A Cruickshank, CFS, RAF

Roger Cruickshank, 34, is a Royal Air Force Officer, currently serving as a Eurofighter Typhoon Pilot. Roger competed in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turino, Italy, finishing 37th in both the Alpine Skiing Downhill and Super G events. He was raised in Torphins, Aberdeenshire and currently resides in Morayshire, Scotland.

During his tour as a QFI, Roger’s mother committed suicide. From that moment on, he made it his life’s mission to combat the stigma attached to mental health. One of the ways in which he is doing this is by selling his book titled, "Speed of Sound, Sound of Mind."
