Carmen was awarded the Kings Award for English for her literary efforts at age 15 & was one of the youngest General Managers with DIY retail giant B & Q. at age 21 in their first flagship warehouse store in Crewe. During her 11 years within the financial services sector she received seven consecutive awards for being the top perfomer nationally. More recently Carmen was a self employment business advisor & 75% of her clients are still in business 8 years later.

Areas of expertise: Carmen’s specialism is referral marketing strategy, networking and training. She is an international speaker, mentor & trainer, a qualified best practice auditor & has a degree in business studies. She utilises her experience within The Business Clinic via open surgeries and clinics, workshops, training & external events & exhibitions
