I am currently studying for my BSc Nutrition & Exercise Science degree at UCLan with an interest in human nutrition, and a passion for enabling people to increase their health and vitality through the sharing of cooking skills and accessible nutritional information. I am in the process of setting up a student led social enterprise called SCRAN: Students Creating Resources Around Nutrition, with the aim of bringing that knowledge and skill share on to campus, enhancing student employability and community connection in the process.
