Throughout her career she has held that preventative and holistic is best. Her philosophy is that personal empowerment and quality education are incredible measures within prevention and reduction of Negative Mental Health and this she consistently validates with her research. Her organisation No Frills Wellbeing, offers evidence based training and one to one services. Focused around the benefits of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and enhancing the self relationship, all of her work helps to reduce Negative Mental Health and increase Subjective Wellbeing.
