Director of Create Inspire CIC. Providing Record Label Services, Artist Management and Professional Development for Independent Artists. Providing support, training and work experience for people who want to work within Music. We aim to provide subsides or grants towards education/training and career development for within music.

Our profis will go towards community projects not just in the UK, but around the world and/or donated to charity. 

My background is in Music Performance, Voluntary Work (Community Centre After school clubs/General duties/Events, Family Support Worker with prison service, Preston Nitestop Home Support Worker), Foster Carer and Auxialry Nurse for Complex Health needs. 

I wanted to create my own business doing everything I am passionate about. Music - Support Work -  Entrepreneurship. After 3-4 years of researching, training, surgery/recovery/more surgery and working on my idea. I've finally been putting all of the peices together (like a 5000 peice jigsaw) despite all of the challeneges I've faced (and still to come). I'm determined and focused on a business that gives back in many ways. Minimum Living Wage for staff, Flexible hours, Training/career progression, support to achieve the "impossible" and provide an opportunity to people who havent been given one before. All I ask of people is to work together, support eachother, work hard and be passionate about what you are doing. All it takes is someone to BELIEVE IN YOU, for you to be able to achieve yourself. And make a difference.
