I work in the Corporate department of Napthens LLP assisting on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions, disposals and restructuring, as well as providing advice on issues such as shareholder agreements and company formation. 

I also deal with commercial contracts by preparing, reporting and advising clients on their standard and bespoke terms and conditions and agreements for the sale, purchase and hire of goods and services.
