I am a writer, activist and campaigner in mental health matters, and live near Cupar, Fife, Scotland. I'm now 62 and for over 30 years was a community development worker, setting up projects in a variety of settings with all ages of people. Since 2008 I got involved in Scotland's mental health world from the "lived experience" perspective and now I'm up to my neck in it.
