Lateef is a SFEDI Accredited Business Advisor, Mentor, & Coach working at the Northern Lights Business Support Team at the University of Central Lancashire. 

He specialises in pre and new start businesses working with them to grow their business.  Lateef’s expert use of one-to-one business coaching and facilitating Action Learning Sessions helps creative entrepreneurs with an objective sounding board, space to bounce around ideas and a platform to spring board those ideas into action. 

Lateef is also a qualified Life Coach, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and has completed many other personal development training programmes, so masterfully applies his skills and experience to both the entrepreneur and their business.

Lateef has previously worked in the Public & Private Sector on Community Regeneration Projects, which also involved Social Enterprises & Community Interest Companies.  He has worked for Local Authorities such as Lancaster and Wigan, and for Sure Start Programmes in Lancaster, Preston and Manchester. 

During this time he has been very pro-active in volunteering his time by working with the likes of Preston & Western Lancashire REC, Preston Community Forum, Preston Community Network, Preston Strategic Partnership, Voluntary Sector Forum, Preston / Unity FM, PMF, Deepdale Dialogue, Pukar, & Catherine Becketts Community Centre to name a few..
