Am I still young?

Are you the mother or father with a teenage son or daughter in the midst of dealing with their mental health? Perhaps they’ve been recently diagnosed or had some stay in a mental health hospital.

Either way you will draw some comfort in the play ‘Am I still Young?’ – Part of – PUSH Festival 2023 – staged at HOME – Arts Venue – Manchester – Friday 27th January from 8.15pm.

It takes a wry look at the concept of mental health and it’s affect in the family unit. Experienced and trained actors will perform the play in full giving it the gravitas it needs to deal with the subject in a professional way.

It’s important not to lose sight of the seriousness mental illness can have on the family and the pressure it takes on every member. However, this play will give a light hearted take on a subject that is often something of a taboo in the world.
