UCLAN Offering Free Health MOTS

In the aftermath of the global pandemic we’ve all been more cautious about our health. Vaccinations have been setup in order to boost our immunity yet our overall health could still need some vital TLC.

This Friday 11th November 2022 from 10am till 4pm senior pharmacy lecturer Ann Urmston will be delivering health checks in the Foster building UCLAN  with her final year pharmacy students.

It’s an opportunity for the public to support the students who are about to enter work in the medical field. Their professional training will be evident as they dispense their knowledge to the community of Preston.

Please note – University campus parking is difficult, especially with all the building work going on, but there is pay and display parking on Walker Street, a short distance from the campus.

At a time when COVID -19 is far from over we all need to be aware of our physical health and wellbeing. This Friday’s invitation will put the spotlight on our health and identify areas of concern.
