Recently members of iconic prog rock band Pink Floyd collaborated on a comeback single as a charity song to raise funds for Ukraine, in response to the Russian invasion. “Hey, Hey, Rise Up!” had all the hallmarks of a classic Pink Floyd track.

It may also be the closest fans may get to any kind of new material. They may tour again but struggle to create the same magic found in their heyday.

However, for the past three decades a tribute band has been appealing to Floyd fans all over the world. ‘The Australian Pink Floyd’ follow- on from the legacy of the original group.
