The Burnley Canal Festival

You may think walking alongside a canal has limited appeal. But don’t underestimate the credible force a local canal can deliver.

Following a sabbatical due to a certain pandemic The Burnley Canal Festival will take place on Sunday 28th August 2022 from 11am – 5pm at Finsley Gate Wharf, Burnley.

It’s an ideal chance to take in the sights and sounds for all the family to enjoy. The following will take place:-

Art and Craft
Workshops
Towpath Quest
Walkabout performances
Opals Comet
Canoes
Music
Food
Bar
Boat Trips
