Blackburn Higher Education Art and Design Degree Show 2022

Do you have an artist in your family? If you’re fortunate to be brought up in a creative household you will value and appreciate artistic things.

Take for example my sister Anna Ashworth. She went through the education system which led her to teach art as a lecturer at Blackburn College. Now she has the joy of enrolling new students every academic year and sees them progress into highly accomplished artists.

From Friday 10th – Friday 17th June  you can attend the Blackburn Higher Education  Art and Design Degree Show 2022. It all takes place at the top floor of  Victoria Building, Blackburn College Campus. Interested ones should arrive at 6pm. The  exhibition will be open to the public in the week from 10am till 4pm.

Following on from the opening night, Blackburn will be buzzing for the Festival of Making weekend – Saturday 11th – Sunday 12th June 2022.

In addition, there is also a fashion show on Saturday 11th June at 3pm at Scholars Restaurant in the Elizabeth building.

The annual HE Art & Design Degree Show for 2022 showcases the talent & culmination of practice of Blackburn University Centre's degree students. Launches on Friday 10th June 2022.
