Over the Hill

Collaborations in life are key to longevity in a career that will stand the test of time. 

 

The Grand venue in Clitheroe works closely with Burnley College to help aide and assist young musicians who wish to seek  full time work in this field. 

 

As The Grand is very much a youthful environment it serves as the perfect location for young people to grow and develop as creative people.

 

On Saturday 28th May 2022 an event billed as ‘Over the Hill’ is set to introduce bands from the Burnley area of Lancashire. 

 

The first edition will comprise of Ribble Valley favourites - The Ruby Tuesdays, Blackburn based rock and roll band - Anhedonia as well as support from Burnley College. 

 

Over the Hill is a culmination of the work students have composed for friends and family to recognise as  a  real achievement throughout the academic year.
