The Illicits

If you were fortunate to grow up in the late 1990’s you would have experienced a wave of dance music from bands such as The Prodigy and Underworld. 

 

Underworld’s classic 1996 hit ‘Born Slippy’ became a cult anthem in the club circuits and at festivals when the band performed their single. 

 

Now a new indie band from the north west of England signed to a prestigious record label have recently featured ‘Born Slippy’ as a live favourite in their repertoire. 

 

The Illicits are set to cause a storm in the music industry check out their version of Underworld’s iconic song in this four minute 26 second performance:- 

The Illicits are set to feature this song and many more when they play a live set at The Ferret pub - Fylde road - Preston on Saturday April 23rd doors open 4pm. The music is set to continue into the early hours of Sunday April 24th with a closure at 2.00am. Special guests are yet to be announced.
