Over the past 12 months or so have you felt culturally drained? Let’s face it the places where we seek the arts such as museums, art galleries, libraries and cinemas had all been temporarily closed. Many of us had to turn to the online world to receive our culture need.
From this Thursday 27th May - Sunday 11th July 2021 you can experience something which will give you a unique perspective on the arts in general.
‘Abandon Normal Devices’ aka AND Festival returns this year with a hybrid format over a variety of different digital and physical spaces.
For 2021 it will seek to explore the post -industrial landscapes of the Manchester ship canal and river Mersey. An ambitious programme will be presented to a captive audience covering augmented reality seascapes, immersive voyages and floating laboratories.
The online programme will see a series of radical and disruptive:-
