Developing Sustainable Futures for SMEs

Location: Online

If you are a young person you may have career options but due to recent restrictions that door may be currently closed.

This is where future and foresight comes in. This is the interdisciplinary discovery and study of predictable, probable, possible, plausible, preferable and creatable long term futures.

But surely to become an expert in this field you would need a trained lecturer to provide the essential skills to be proficient at your work.

Jeff Gold is Professor of Organisation Learning at Leeds Business School. He is a strong advocate of the need for actionable knowledge that is rigorously developed but relevant for practice.

Jeff has designed and delivered the following:-
  • Seminars
  • Programmes and workshops on culture shift
  • Talent management and development
  • Change
  • Strategic learning
  • Futures and foresight
  • Management and leadership development
  • Participation and distribution.
His next master class takes place on Tuesday 26th January 2021 in which he will teach on the subject ‘Developing Sustainable Futures for SMEs’. This will be a one hour workshop from 9.30am - 10.30am taking place online.

Jeff will help interested ones find a way forward beyond COVID-19. He will also provide a model of strategy for SME leaders and an introduction to foresight learning.
