Preston 10K Special Launch Event

The Running Bee Foundation is proud to announce that this year’s City of Preston 10k will take place on Sunday 29th September.
We look forward to making a difference in Preston and the surrounding area as every penny of profit from the race will go back into the local community. Our aim is to promote active, healthy lifestyles and fight childhood obesity. With 50% of adults in Preston considered overweight or obese, and 58% of children considered “less active” than the national guidelines*, we feel our event can help to make a big difference in the area.
We would like to invite you and a guest to a special launch event on Tuesday 9th July from 6.30pm-8pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet sponsors, runners, organisers and volunteers. The event will take place at the Mitchell and Kenyon Cinema and Foster Social Space at UCLAN. With regards car parking for the event the postcode is PR1 8RU (Leighton Street Car Park).
