Volunteers are wanted for the Remembrance Event in the Guild Hall, Preston on Saturday 10th November, 2018.

Flexible on times of duty of Volunteers

Reporting to Event Stage Manager: Stacy Walsh/Scott Bowkley

10am - Meet & Greeters on duty till rehearsals; Meet at stage door to signpost performers into the main hall; Help bring on site Performers Equipment and Decorate the hall.

Get all in place for rehearsal at 2pm

Event Time 5pm onwards - Meet VIPS/escort to seats-before/half time; Handout programmes; Giant Poppies; RBL Flags; Manage backstage; area/includes preparing refreshments;Clear up; Help performers leave and Other duties maybe anticipated and notified on the evening.
