Famers Market

~This Saturday 18th March 2017 from 9am - 1pm at St. Michael’s Church Hall, Tulketh Road, Preston is the long established Farmers Market.

For the past 12 years the market has supported local farmers and producers and has  featured fresh seasonal produce, including meat, cheese, eggs, jams and honey, cakes, pies bread and vegetables as well as more exotic chocolate, tea, coffee and Indian food.

Held on the third Saturday of every month you can experience fresh produce is a completely environmentally conscious way :- buying fresh food from local producers and minimising food miles.

In addition, there is a Fairtrade stall and a collection point for Preston foodbank. You can also visit the surgery from 11am -12noon held by local Ashton councillors. 

Sufficient parking is available and the  market is located at the junction of Tulketh Road and Egerton Road so it’s not to difficult to find.
