Being An Effective Leader

~Whether it be in a school classroom or in the adult workplace, all of us have the potential to lead. Skills such as initiative, confidence, courage and mental agility can all be implemented to make a person an effective leader.

On Monday 23rd January 2017 you can learn what it takes to lead and be effective in this field of expertise. As part of ‘The Inspire Programme’ training sessions are being held at UCLAN at The Freddie Flintoff Room. This particular session will be a two hour programme ( 1 -3pm)

Find out what makes a great leader and see if it based purely on positional or personal power and what differentiates between a leader from a manager.
