Cultivating Confidence

Cultivating Confidence

Dates: 07 Dec 2016 - 07 Dec 2016

Location: Flintoff Room SU UCLAN

~Confidence isn’t something we’re born with, hence as we get older and become adults there is a greater need to cultivate it.

This Wednesday 7th December 2016 from 2.30- 4pm you can learn some excellent techniques that can help you grow in confidence in such areas as public speaking, taking the initiative and being social media savvy.

Courtesy of The Inspire Programme (TIPS), free training will be provided that will address the aforementioned areas and additional skills you may feel you need to develop.

Aimed primarily at UCLAN students and taking place in the Flintoff Room.

Each session will  stand alone and can be attended in isolation, or as part of a sequence if you would like to attend several. These are designed to work alongside any existing role you have in the SU (whether you are part of a society, sports team, course rep or volunteer), or if you are not currently or have never been involved in the SU you can still attend to improve your skills in general.
