Imagine reuniting with your best friend and roommate after a ten year break to take on an incredible trek in the Scottish Highlands. Here they confront each other’s frailty, vulnerability and what appears to be a brief unity becomes a lifelong contract.

The North is a film about friendship and embarking on a hike which allows them both to rebuild the bridges that took them apart a decade ago. It’s a story about hope and survival, connection and above all friendship. A friendship that is tested under the immense pressure to cope in the modern world.

Backed by a moving soundtrack and picturesque scenes comes a fantastic film to sit back and enjoy.
