Last year Pixar Animation Studios celebrated 30 years since the release of Toy Story. At the time of its release the animation was revolutionary to the infinite detail and despite several attempts nothing has come close until now….

Although a different style of animation ‘Arco’ is on another level. Like the journey of Toy Story we see a young child eventually becoming an adult and discarding his toys, ‘Arco’ is a coming of age story in a futuristic world that questions everything.

Established actors voice the characters in a film produced by Natalie Portman. It’s being shown at HOME – Arts Venue Manchester – Friday 20th – Thursday 26th March 2026.
